1. Privacy First Architecture

Meeting Incinerator is built with a Local First philosophy. Most calculations and history features run on your device, and the web app uses local storage to remember state such as your user ID, language preference, and Pro status between visits. We do not record, transcribe, or upload your meeting audio.

2. Information We Store

We keep the following limited information to make the product work:

• Local App Data: The web app stores a generated user ID, language choice, and Pro state in browser local storage.
• Meeting Data: Meeting metrics such as attendee count, duration, and calculated cost stay on your device unless you choose to share or export them.
• Support Messages: If you contact us by email or submit feedback, we receive the content of your message and the details you include.

3. Advertising and Third-Party Services

We use a small set of third-party services to run the public site and the app:

• Google AdSense: Used on the web app. Google may use cookies or similar identifiers to serve, measure, and limit ads in line with its policies.
• Google AdMob: Used in the Android app. Google may use device identifiers to serve relevant advertisements.
• Stripe / Google Play Billing: Handle purchases and subscription verification for the relevant platform.

4. How We Use Data

We use the information above to operate the calculator, keep your saved state available, respond to support requests, and comply with platform and advertising rules. We do not sell your meeting data.

5. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

We extend global privacy rights to all users:

• Data Erasure: You can purge your account and local data via the Settings menu.
• Access: You can review your meeting history and browser state inside the app.
• Browser Controls: You can clear local storage or cookies through your browser settings at any time.
